For many, the first time they heard the name “Run the Jewels” was it’s mention in Killer Mike’s Netflix show, Trigger Warning with Killer Mike. RTJ, however, has been making waves since 2013, when legendary producer EI-P teamed up with Killer Mike to create a powerhouse hip-hop duo. While this isn’t the first time the two have worked together, Run The Jewels has become a smash-hit, boasting several awards and nominations for their work over the last six years and a line of craft beers because, well, why not? Although it doesn’t appear RTJ has any new tour dates coming up in 2019, we’re a solid three years removed from RTJ3, meaning we could expect some new tunes soon.
