Alter Bridge Altered Reality By Audiophileoholic

Sometimes you don't really hear a band until you hear them. Sometimes you really don't see a band until you see them. That's the case for me and Alter Bridge. In the Murat Egyptian Room my eyes and ears opened to a majestic sound. First off I was totally taken aback by Mark Tremonti and Brian Marshall's stage presence. The way they came to the front of the stage and commanded it! The smoothness and virtuosity of movement and rhythm was astounding. Then the crashing drums of Scott Phillips was the topper from the three Creed bandmates. It was exhilarating. Finally Myles Kennedy took his place at the helm and the sound was complete. These four gentlemen ease into their music so seamlessly it's a pleasure to witness. Their setlist was forward and pleasing. This group of talented musicians blend their styles from so many side projects with grace and show their true love for their craft like a supergroup.
