Fresh off the previous evening after accepting a VMA for Best Collaboration with Taylor Swift for the song "Fortnight", Post Malone opened his Indiana show by proclaiming "I'm sweating vodka tonight!" And who would blame him, as he has been a on a whirlwind ride this summer, not only for the VMA he received, but also for earning the number one song for Billboard's "2024 All Genre Songs of the Summer Chart", for the collaboration he did with Morgan Wallen for the song "I Had Some Help."
Post Malone's show at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville had by far the biggest and highest energy crowd I have seen this summer at this venue. The audience hung on every move and every word Post had to say during the show. He didn't disappoint. He seamlessly was able to sing his hits blended with his music, which included his recent country album, skipping from genres of pop music, country music, rap music with ease and relative grace. After watching him perform live, I look forward to the music that this talented 29-year-old superstar will come up with in the future.
